Basic Skills For Adult Beginner Figure Skaters-Spins (part 1) [VIDEO]

For the next few weeks I’ll be continuing on with a series of videos covering basic skills for adult beginner figure skaters, specifically we are working on an upright on foot spin.

We started off just by reviewing the two foot spin as our skater wasn’t quite ready to start with a one foot spin.

    Yes, that’s exactly what that noise is, do you know if I can dampen back ground noise with Windows Movie maker?

    Good video. One improvement if possible would be to dampen out the background rink fan noise (at least that’s what is sounds like). Looking forward to the next video.
